Privacy Policy

Effective August 22, 2026

This policy explains how 28 Digital Studio collects and uses information when you visit this website, submit an inquiry, book a call, subscribe to email updates, purchase an offer, or work with the studio.

Information we collect

  • Inquiry and project details: your name, email, company, website, budget, timeline, service interests, and the message you choose to send.
  • Service intake details: information needed to deliver an offer, including career goals, target roles, public profile links, and a resume if you purchase Resume Rebuild. Do not send passwords, government identifiers, Social Security numbers, banking information, or background-check data.
  • Booking and transaction details: scheduling information handled by Cal.com and payment status or order metadata handled by Stripe. 28 Digital Studio does not receive or store your full card number.
  • Newsletter details: the email address and subscription choices you submit through Kit.
  • Website usage data: pages viewed, referral and campaign information, browser or device information, approximate location derived from network information, and interaction events collected through PostHog and hosting logs.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver services, process purchases, schedule calls, send requested updates, maintain security, understand which pages and offers are useful, improve the site, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics and browser storage

PostHog provides product analytics. It may use cookies or similar browser storage to measure visits and events. This site respects browser Do Not Track signals, limits profiles to identified users, and does not enable PostHog session replay, automatic interaction capture, or surveys. Campaign parameters may be kept in session storage so a later inquiry can be attributed to the page that brought you here.

You can limit cookies or clear browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may reduce measurement but should not prevent you from reading the site or contacting the studio.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that host or operate parts of the service, including Vercel, PostHog, Resend, Cal.com, Stripe, Kit, and Sanity. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain client and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or object to certain processing, by emailing jonahs@28digitalstudio.com. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in each message.

Children and international processing

This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to their legal safeguards.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the latest published revision.
